Good work environment. Less work pressure based on the team. Good appraisal compared to other companies. Friendly managers and team leads. Friendly environment. When you step up in the position, can gain more knowledge. Salary will be credited on time without any deviation (even during WFH).

Dislikes

Appraisal amount varies according to the team. Some person may get lower or higher appraisal compared to other person with the same experience. Working on Saturdays twice in a month. No incentives for working extra time or on non working day. Proper training has to be given for the freshers. Average career growth (varies according to the team)

Overall had a good experience. Had good training. I am lucky to have good manager, team leader, seniors and team members. Overall I worked in a good team where I gained knowledge and had more fun. Didn't had much pressure (reason for a long career).

To HR Department can you please inform to employees dont make a crowd in Wash Room because we have only limited space in rest room but few boys came to rest room and keep on talking with their friends.
