Appraisal amount varies according to the team. Some person may get lower or higher appraisal compared to other person with the same experience. Working on Saturdays twice in a month. No incentives for working extra time or on non working day. Proper training has to be given for the freshers. Average career growth (varies according to the team)

Overall had a good experience. Had good training. I am lucky to have good manager, team leader, seniors and team members. Overall I worked in a good team where I gained knowledge and had more fun. Didn't had much pressure (reason for a long career).
