Who will like this company.? If you want to work on 2 hours per project,so Total 4 projects you can work and another 1 hour is for bench. Now tell me do you like this company.

Need to write every month assesment to move out from this company. If you don't have any job just join and leave after six months or else they will send you out.

Nothing great or special.... Have worked with better companies .. Being product based is one good thing but no real technical work... Good for BA IE AND Tester .. If you are a techie and lead better stay away....

Worst attitude of fee leads who have been working for more than 6 years... I joined as a lead and the fellow so called experienced PPL in the framework never helped to resolve issues which we face ..being new you have to struggle a lot to understand..but things are changing now as the in flow of techleads is high and the dominance of the hyped leads is reduced a bit. Cons 1)NO HIKE AND NO COMPLETE VARIABLE PAY EVEN IF YOU GET EXCELLENT RATING 1)Facilities are not in par with other companies 2)no feed back system 3)no transparency in the company.. Work Details

First year was worst when I was working with mangers here and attitude filled lead. Second year and third were good as I started with Israeli managers.
