Management is not good. Employee health and safety is not prioritised. There is no canteen in the office building. The laptops provided for work are often broken or not upto the current industry standards.

We have learning Saturdays which are fun and learning all at once. Events are a great way to connect with the rest of the company and Sankey events are extremely fun and engaging. Lots of learning opportunities: if you have a will to learn and grow this is the best place. I have met people with 2 years of experience who are at the level of someone with 6-7 years of experience outside.

1.No work life balance. The seniors stay till late in office and expect you to stay with them even if you have completed your work or you have been in office on time.
