Regarding your concerns to address Six Days Working, we’ve already implemented flexible timings, a half-day on Saturdays, and one work-from-home day each month. To ensure employees are fairly compensated for their extra efforts, we offer compensatory offs for any work done due to client requirements or escalations. Depending on the time spent working, employees can avail themselves of either a half-day or full-day comp off We understand your concern regarding transport allowance. We are always working on the given suggestion and will work towards it. We are committed to ensuring a fair and equitable work environment.
