Regarding your concerns to address extended working hours, we’ve already implemented flexible timings, a half-day on Saturdays, and one work-from-home day each month. To ensure employees are fairly compensated for their extra efforts, we offer compensatory offs for any work done due to client requirements or escalations. Depending on the time spent working, employees can avail themselves of either a half-day or full-day comp off.
