Customers sometimes have unrealistic expectations or conflicting ideas, which are challenging to handle. the requirement to work on Saturdays or the possibility of a 6-day workweek can be demanding, leaving limited time for personal activities and rest.

Management is not good. Employee health and safety is not prioritised. There is no canteen in the office building. The laptops provided for work are often broken or not upto the current industry standards.

We have learning Saturdays which are fun and learning all at once. Events are a great way to connect with the rest of the company and Sankey events are extremely fun and engaging. Lots of learning opportunities: if you have a will to learn and grow this is the best place. I have met people with 2 years of experience who are at the level of someone with 6-7 years of experience outside.

1.No work life balance. The seniors stay till late in office and expect you to stay with them even if you have completed your work or you have been in office on time. Casually ask you to work on Saturdays as well Sundays and fake promises are given for Comp- offs. 2.No job security, they can lay you off at any time. 3.One 1 leave per month, if you take more than 1 leave the salary gets deducted. 4.Have alternate Saturday working - referred as learning Saturday which is useless as no one is interested. 5.Work from Home is only allowed if you are favorite to TL or Manager....Read More
