I love the Skill Development opportunities I got while working with Samatrix. When I joined, my data science skills were not so strong. Samatrix offered me opportunity to develop my AI, ML, and Data Science. Today my AI skills are strong enough. The strong leadership is helping the team and the company grow. Dislikes

Immature founders with dictatorship attitude. They were making fool to students, their parents and even college. No appraisal, they will deduct your 10% salary as security and saying that is your bonus. They were hiring college pass out with ga year at 25k salary and showing them to 6- 7 year of experience and showing college that they were paying lakhs of rupees to employee. This way they were doing fraud to students and colleges and making you to participate. So if anyone files a case then you will also get stuck so be careful while joining. My main reason for resigning is this only. They will treat you like a contract labor, no benefits for employee, No laptop even no tee were provided. No joining kits and get together they will only interact with you when anything blunders happens and talk to you in unappropriated way. even offer letter is fraud there will not be any stamp or sign in offer letter. If a students fight with you they will not take any actions and they will fire you because students are there client so be careful. If you want to resign then they will torture you as they have 3 month notice period and also warn you to do problem in background verification like they had done to many. If you work with them for more than 1 month and once your pf gets deducted they you will get stuck so be careful. Already I have seen many reviews against them And all are true besides the review they have created. One advise to them(sunny+Vishal) you are not bigger than byjus. Not a good company to work. They treat you like a labor. Give you a 20k salary and ask you to go to universities and teach students and portray you as an experienced guy with master degree even you are fresher. If you left the job they will not give you a full month salary of yours. Ver y pathetic work schedule. They ask employees to take every hour lectures. Work life balance, salary on time, Appraisal on time. healthy environment. Management is very flexible in giving relaxation but we do not compromise in quality of services. Recommendation- Conduct town hall meetings to encourage open feedback and discussion. Indiscipline and unethical work on the client site in not acceptable. Many times management team support the team members from client's deadline/task. Moreover, We hv found that the 5 day workweek has actually increased focus and productivity during working hours.
