I am satisfied with the skill development and learning opportunities that company has offered me. The company provides good opportunity to develop skills in the AI, ML, and Data Science domain, which is very demanding in current job market. The company culture is very open. The management and leadership team is easily available evenon weekends and late evening. If there is any issue, the management team helps resolve the issues. The annual increments are on time. Last time I got a double digit increment which is very good from industry prospective. The salary is on time. No unexplained deductions or delays in salary so far. Best part is Work Life Balance. No expectations to works on Weekend or after office hours. On several occasions, I got an opportunity to work from my home town without any leave deductions. Once I worked from my native for one whole month due to issues at home. It was supported. Overall I am satisfied working with Samatrix.io. I have referred several of my friends to the company. Last year, when I decided to join Samartix.io, I had several apprehensions. I was not sure of the personal growth and financial aspects while working with the company. Before making the final decision, I decided to have a word with the management team member and discussed my doubts openly. Satisfied on the discussion, I decided to join the company. When I reflect back on my decision, I am extremely satisfied with my decision. 1. Easily approachable top leadership and management team is the biggest strength of the company. The decision makers are just a phone call or WhatsApp message away. I get an opportunity to resolve issues easily. 2. The organisation pays lots on attention to the employees. Such as timely salary payout, annual double digit increments, transparency in financial matters (Bonus and expenses). The team size is growing at an exponential pace but the HR practices are maturing at a linear pace. Therefore, in some areas the HR could perform better. I discussed the same with my friends. I realised that several early stage start-ups face such challenges. I noticed that the HR is trying to catchup the curve but more needs to be done to remain ahead of the curve.

Yesterday, I had an interview on Zoom with Vishal Jain. Unfortunately, the experience was quite unpleasant. Vishal Jain joined the interview late, causing me to contact the HR department to remind him. Upon joining, he displayed a rude and dismissive attitude towards me, as if I were insignificant and lacked knowledge. He sounded irritated throughout the conversation and even abruptly ended the call when I asked a question. This behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. No one should be treated in such a manner during an interview. I urge the higher authorities to take notice of this incident. It's important for them to be aware of how their employees are representing the company during the hiring process. I would caution others against interviewing with this company if this is the level of professionalism they can expect. Respect and courtesy should be fundamental values in any workplace, and unfortunately, they were lacking in my interaction with Vishal Jain....Read More

Recommendation- Conduct town hall meetings to encourage open feedback and discussion. Indiscipline and unethical work on the client site in not acceptable. Many times management team support the team members from client's deadline/task. Moreover, We hv found that the 5 day workweek has actually increased focus and productivity during working hours.
