I joined 3 years ago. But the new employee with same experience was hired at a higher salary recently. This disappointed me and I decided to look for alternatives aggressively. Before making the final call, I talked to management. They explained me how internal "parity" works and in certain situations, during critical times, they have to hire employees with slightly higher salary, but they do not forget the old ones. I love the Skill Development opportunities I got while working with Samatrix. When I joined, my data science skills were not so strong. Samatrix offered me opportunity to develop my AI, ML, and Data Science. Today my AI skills are strong enough. The strong leadership is helping the team and the company grow. One of the co-founders is always in the close touch with all the employees and listens to their problems to resolve them. I have been working with Samatrix.io for the past 3 years. I am highly satisfied with the company 1. On-Time Salary - The salary date is 7th of every month. I received my salary on 7th of every month. Not a single instance when the salary was delayed. Helps me plan my finances accordingly 2. On-Time PF Deposit - Company has been deposited my PF in my account on time. No delays 3. Bonus - In my offer letter the company has promised me a fix bonus. So far I have received my bonuses regularly twice a year in Jan and July. I have not heard of any instance of bonus not paid for employees who have been continuing with the company. 4. On time appraisal - As per HR guidelines, I have been told when I will be eligible for my appraisal. I have received my appraisals twice without any followups. I received my appraisals on time. 5. Job Security - In three years, I have not faced any such issues. Once my feedback went down and there was a client escalation. At that time I was given 2 options. Either improve my feedback or I will be asked to leave. I worked on my issues and I have not faced any issues since then. 6. Skill Development - During my working hours, I am allocated time for my own development, enhance my skills, and learn new skills. I have been using the allocated time to enhance my skills. 7. Work Satisfaction - During my interview process, I was clearly told my job role and expectations. I signed up for the employment offer based on what I was told. There is no difference between what I am told earlier and what I am assigned. 8. Flexibility in Leaves - I have not faced any issues with my leaves. However my leave requests were turned down on couple of instance because of the customer requirements....Read More

Support from Samatrix management on every step. Sometimes i found difficulty in some situations on client site but very well resolved in 24 hours.

Yesterday, I had an interview on Zoom with Vishal Jain. Unfortunately, the experience was quite unpleasant. Vishal Jain joined the interview late, causing me to contact the HR department to remind him. Upon joining, he displayed a rude and dismissive attitude towards me, as if I were insignificant and lacked knowledge. He sounded irritated throughout the conversation and even abruptly ended the call when I asked a question. This behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. No one should be treated in such a manner during an interview. I urge the higher authorities to take notice of this incident. It's important for them to be aware of how their employees are representing the company during the hiring process. I would caution others against interviewing with this company if this is the level of professionalism they can expect. Respect and courtesy should be fundamental values in any workplace, and unfortunately, they were lacking in my interaction with Vishal Jain....Read More

Immature founders with dictatorship attitude. They were making fool to students, their parents and even college. No appraisal, they will deduct your 10% salary as security and saying that is your bonus. They were hiring college pass out with ga year at 25k salary and showing them to 6-7 year of experience and showing college that they were paying lakhs of rupees to employee. This way they were doing fraud to students and colleges and making you to participate. So if anyone files a case then you will also get stuck so be careful while joining. My main reason for resigning is this only. They will treat you like a contract labor, no benefits for employee, No laptop even no tee were provided. No joining kits and get together they will only interact with you when anything blunders happens and talk to you in unappropriated way. even offer letter is fraud there will not be any stamp or sign in offer letter. If a students fight with you they will not take any actions and they will fire you because students are there client so be careful. If you want to resign then they will torture you as they have 3 month notice period and also warn you to do problem in background verification like they had done to many. If you work with them for more than 1 month and once your pf gets deducted they you will get stuck so be careful.
