...with Samatrix.io for the past 3 years. I am highly satisfied with the company 1. On-Time Salary - The salary date is 7th of every month. I received my salary on 7th of every month. Not a single instance when the salary was delayed. Helps me plan my finances accordingly 2. On-Time PF Deposit - Company has been deposited my PF in my account on time. No delays 3. Bonus - In my offer letter the company has promised me a fix bonus. So far I have received my bonuses regularly twice a year in Jan and July. I have not heard of any instance of bonus not paid for employees who have been continuing with the company. 4. On time appraisal - As per HR guidelines, I have been told when I will be eligible for my appraisal. I have received my appraisals twice without any followups. I received my appraisals on time. 5. Job Security - In three years, I have not faced any such issues. Once my feedback went down and there was a client escalation. At that time I was given 2 options. Either improve my feedback or I will be asked to leave. I worked on my issues and I have not faced any issues since then. 6. Skill Development - During my working hours, I am allocated time for my own development, enhance my skills, and learn new skills. I have been using the allocated time to enhance my skills. 7. Work Satisfaction - During my interview process, I was clearly told my job role and expectations. I signed up for the employment offer based on what I was told. There is no difference between what I am told earlier and what I am assigned. 8. Flexibility in Leaves - I have not faced any issues with my leaves. However my leave requests were turned down on couple of instance because of the customer requirements.

Job Rotation - I have worked for 3 years. Now I think the company should offer me some opportunity for job rotation.

...uch to my growth and development. I am glad to take up this job in this company. Salary , appraisal on time. till now i never seen the delay which is good. Working culture is so cool and flexible. One thing i would like to share my confidence and self esteem have greatly improved ever since i start working in this company.

Some HR policy and training should be on time.

Not a good company to work. They treat you like a labor. Give you a 20k salary and ask you to go to universities and teach students and portray you as an experienced guy with master degree even you are fresher. If you left the job they will not give you a full month salary of yours. Very pathetic work schedule. They ask employees to take every hour lectures. No appraisal because you can't stay there for even a year.

Dislikes

Don't join the company Rather prepare for other job. Low salary heavy work. No appraisal. No reimbursement. No travel reimbursement. No leaves during semester even if you are ill.

...ou leave early ,they will not provide your experience letter and remaining dues. No laptop is provided you have to manage own Salary structure is too less they give 2 to 4 lpa in between to every fresher and experienced They are just fooling all the universities and students on the name of Ai ml It's a coaching institute not any company. They just show as they are IT company If you want to know more talk to there employee you left them .

Always ready for support Opportunity provided to fresher to excel in career On time salary Leave approval And Sunny sir's immense support unless you create any mesh Although after any wrong action he always give another chance to rectify mistakes. Company policy are rigid but founders are flexible and cool as well . And it's my personal so it was all great experience

Nothing much Being a startup, some management issues but that not a big issue.
