Last year, when I decided to join Samartix.io, I had several apprehensions. I was not sure of the personal growth and financial aspects while working with the company. Before making the final decision, I decided to have a word with the management team member and discussed my doubts openly. Satisfied on the discussion, I decided to join the company. When I reflect back on my decision, I am extremely satisfied with my decision. 1. Easily approachable top leadership and management team is the biggest strength of the company. The decision makers are just a phone call or WhatsApp message away. I get an opportunity to resolve issues easily. 2. The organisation pays lots on attention to the employees. Such as timely salary payout, annual double digit increments, transparency in financial matters (Bonus and expenses). Dislikes

The team size is growing at an exponential pace but the HR practices are maturing at a linear pace. Therefore, in some areas the HR could perform better. I discussed the same with my friends. I realised that several early stage start-ups face such challenges. I noticed that the HR is trying to catchup the curve but more needs to be done to remain ahead of the curve.
