I am satisfied with the skill development and learning opportunities that company has offered me. The company provides good opportunity to develop skills in the AI, ML, and Data Science domain, which is very demanding in current job market. The company culture is very open. The management and leadership team is easily available even on weekends and late evening. If there is any issue, the management team helps resolve the issues. The annual increments are on time.Last time I got a double digit increment which is very good from industry prospective. The salary is on time. No unexplained deductions or delays in salary so far. Best part is Work Life Balance. No expectations to works on Weekend or after office hours. On several occasions, I got an opportunity to work from my home town without any leave deductions. Once I worked from my native for one whole month due to issues at home. It was supported. Overall I am satisfied working with Samatrix.io. I have referred several of my friends to the company. I have been working with Samatrix.io for the past 3 years. I am highly satisfied with the company 1. On-Time Salary - The salary date is 7th of every month. I received my salary on 7th of every month. Not a single instance when the salary was delayed. Helps me plan my finances accordingly 2. On-Time PF Deposit - Company has been deposited my PF in my account on time. No delays 3. Bonus - In my offer letter the company has promised me a fix bonus. So far I have received my bonuses regularly twice a year in Jan and July. I have not heard of any instance of bonus not paid for employees who have been continuing with the company. 4. On time appraisal - As per HR guidelines, I have been told when I will be eligible for my appraisal. Ihave received my appraisals twice without any followups. I received my appraisals on time. 5. Job Security - In three years, I have not faced any such issues. Once my feedback went down and there was a client escalation. At that time I was given 2 options. Either improve my feedback or I will be asked to leave. I worked on my issues and I have not faced any issues since then. 6. Skill Development - During my working hours, I am allocated time for my own development, enhance my skills, and learn new skills. I have been using the allocated time to enhance my skills. 7. Work Satisfaction - During my interview process, I was clearly told my job role and expectations. I signed up for the employment offer based on what I was told. There is no difference between what I am told earlier and what I am assigned. 8. Flexibility in Leaves - I have not faced any issues with my leaves. However my leave requests were turned down on couple of instance because of the customer requirements....Read More

Dislikes

Immature founders with dictatorship attitude. They were making fool to students, their parents and even college. No appraisal, they will deduct your 10% salary as security and saying that is your bonus. They were hiring college pass out with ga year at 25k salary and showing them to 6-7 year of experience and showing college that they were paying lakhs of rupees to employee. This way they were doing fraud to students and colleges and making you to participate. So if anyone files a case then you will also get stuck so be careful while joining. My main reason for resigning is this only. They will treat you like a contract labor, no benefits for employee, No laptop even no tee were provided. No joining kits and get together they will only interact with you when anything blunders happens and talk to you in unappropriated way. even offer letter is fraud there will not be any stamp or sign in offer letter. If a students fight with you they will not take any actions and they will fire you because students are there client so be careful. If you want to resign then they will torture you as they have 3 month notice period and also warn you to do problem in background verification like they had done to many. If you work with them for more than 1 month and once your pf gets deducted they you will get stuck so be careful. Not a good company to work. They treat you like a labor. Give you a 20k salary and ask you to go to universities and teach students and portray you as an experienced guy with master degree even you are fresher. If you left the job they will not give you a full month salary of yours. Very pathetic work schedule. They ask employees to take every hour lectures. No appraisal because you can't stay there for even a year....Read More

Don't join the company Rather prepare for other job. Low salary heavy work. No appraisal. No reimbursement. No travel reimbursement. No leaves during semester even if you are ill.
