They have made major changes in 2024 - Micro management, Bad appraisals. Don't expect anything in yearly review they just tell you this is the hike you'll get, no one cares to actually give the review. Salary growth is not there, there will not be growth in skills as well. Very monotonous job with less salary. You'll get extra work responsibility but with reality less salary.

Dont apply for Sakon, Recruiters are very unresponsive, they will only call you until interviews, after that they will never share feedback and never pick up your call, and even they wont reply your email, might be they are practicing of interviews, I will suggest you never try for Sakon

Improper Management. Appraisals does not happen based on performance, no matter how hard you work. Management is manipulative. Totally waste of time, no future goals and growth road defined. Management just want you to keep working in circles. No Diwali bonus, rewards etc. Management professionalism and behavior is not acceptable towards loyal employees. For a kickstart it is a good one...learning around 1-2 year...once saturation point is hit for learning you should look for better options. Job security is good unless you do something critical bad.

Blant learning curve, HR seems to be bit unresponsive, Old manager and management was good. New ones are totally destroying the work culture here, no support at all. Micromanagement is there even if you are performing out of box. No appreciation with promotion or bonus.

Company management is too worst. The decision making is too worst. They won't care about employees health. They forcefully terminate the employees in just one day by blackmail. No work life balance. No use no growth in the company. Lot of cost cutting and it effecting the employees.

Too many things, Micro management you have to update your work status to 3-4 people in your team like every 2nd women is wanna be boss here there is no leader & no good culture, You have to complete 7.50 HRS every day if failed to do so then your managers will send you the mail if you missed 10-20 Minutes still they send you mail, In my team 6 people resigned due to toxic work culture For all my brothers who have good experience please don't join this company this is my humble request try somewhere else No earning No Learning ( They are not using their internal portal only not using any ERP/Advance software's) No Job security Women centric company...Read More
