There is no job security how can i express positive feedback. When, despite many things to appreciate i only hear the negative feedback about myself. It becomes difficult to say good things.

Dislikes

The main leader only appreciate people who engage in gossip with them. They will never acknowledge your hard work . No matter how much energy you put into your tasks, in the end it all feel wasted. There is no hospital culture and no respect of confidentiality. The IT guy only seems to have 1 job monitoring the cameras and sharing the clips when employee express their emotions to colleagues. Every little conversation is labelled as gossip by top management. I don't feel this is good for women privacy....Read More
