There is nothing to learn and poor management. Infact here everything is decided by Director, who is stoic, egoistic person. If his ego is not satisfied, salary will be deducted even person will be fired immediately.

Dislikes

Director never think of his employees and always trouble his employees without any cause. Moreover, he often does sort of transfer fake communication to one another just to create ruckus and misunderstanding between employees.

Good management and understand the emplyoes and their need, Provide trainings and also help in certifications . Lot of things to learn and good exposer regarding the new technology. Every year a trip is arranged by the company for all the employes.
