...t. Infact here everything is decided by Director, who is stoic, egoistic person. If his ego is not satisfied, salary will be deducted even person will be fired immediately.

Director never think of his employees and always trouble his employees without any cause. Moreover, he often does sort of transfer fake communication to one another just to create ruckus and misunderstanding between employees.

Good management and understand the emplyoes and their need, Provide trainings and also help in certifications . Lot of things to learn and good exposer regarding the new technology. Every year a trip is arranged by the company for all the employes.

Learning Opportunities on different technologies.

Dislikes

Poor management. The director thinks he can terminate anyone without any reason, especially if his ego is hurt. No work-life balance; sometimes employees need to work until night and on weekends just because of unnecessary pressure created by the business development (BD) team. The BD team lacks technical knowledge but has connections that allow them to sell products. No discussions occur before appraisals, and there are no clearly defined key responsibility areas (KRAs). Employees can be assigned any work, ranging from acting as a delivery person, mounting devices in rack to configuring devices without proper knowledge transfer (KT) for that task.
