Payment delays: Regularly received payments between the 15th and 20th of each month. Lack of leave entitlement: No provision for leaves, with deductions from pay for any time off taken. Disregard for employee well-being: Expected to work on-site irrespective of health conditions.

Its a quiet challenging job, where you are required to give your 100%. My role depends upon the need. Managing field operations is the thing i do, but in rare cases attending site and managing other things are also the things that i perform.
