I have been working at RWS when it was Diaspark and then it became RWS, but frankly there was no impact of RWS on Diaspark. The culture of comapny is very poor, the senior people are like aunties. People stay here for a long who have no option to move to any other company as no company would hire them. They work there like government jobs, no growth, no projects, no appraisals, no promotions, no cultural events, no rewards. The senior management is very poor. They increase the salary like 2000 per month that too even for Senior person. The entire company needs a restructure on every aspect....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
