Nothing. Managers (indian) have -" I am only right" attitude and if you don't call them sir/ma'am they will get offended Highly unprofessional Mass firings every month No appraisal Lack of projects/ high disrespect Stand up calls lasts for 3 hours daily.

Rws india No salary hike 1.Unprofessional attitude 2.Abusive managers especially the ones who are only in this company for 20 years 3. Threatening tone on call 4. Back bitching especially by higher management 5. They make sure that good candidates gets no exposure and targets atleast one person within team 6. They have sir /ma'am culture 7. Less projects, RWS group good company but thinking of some cheap managers You will not get opportunity in your expertise or your area of interest but in which you have less experience you will get that opportunity because this is a way of cost cutting of employees. And worst scenario is upper management support such managers.
