Nothing. Managers (indian) have -" I am only right" attitude and if you don't call them sir/ma'am they will get offended Highly unprofessional Mass firings every month No appraisal Lack of projects/ high disrespect Stand up calls lasts for 3 hours daily.

Back bitching especially by higher management 5. They make sure that good candidates gets no exposure and targets atleast one person within team 6. They have sir /ma'am culture 7.
