Nothing. Managers (indian) have -" I am only right" attitude and if you don't call them sir/ma'am they will get offended Highly unprofessional Mass firings every month No appraisal Lack of projects/ high disrespect Stand up calls lasts for 3 hours daily.

Rws india No salary hike 1.Unprofessional attitude 2.Abusive managers especially the ones who are only in this company for 20 years 3. Threatening tone on call 4. Back bitching especially by higher management 5. They make sure that good candidates gets no exposure and targets atleast one person within team 6. They have sir /ma'am culture 7. Lot's of politics, no skill development, No projects , No job security, they can lay off you anytime they want without any reason. The company does not treat all employees same their rules are changing for every employee lot's of partiality
