Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. I personally nothing to like this company, but my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Teammates is good, but growth is slow. Seniors do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a painful.

generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire project life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. On the basis of my personal reach, I will get recognized for all this effort.
