Likes

It was a great experience working at Rowad. The most likeable thing was working with multicultural environment. Due to that I have learn a lot how to keep forwarding with my team. Every day was a challenge and I have to cope the situation and over come the hurdles and come up with results.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Being a foreigner I don't have opportunities for carrier growth and benefits. The work load was immense and there was no support from higher management.

Salary - Poor
Job security - Bad
Promotions - Bad
