(1) Very poor management (2) If you stay after office hours no vehicle facility you need to stay upto 11:00 PM (3) Very poor management for employees who joined new (4) It's not MNC it's act as LALA company (5) No employee friendly - 30 minutes of relaxation for late punch in entrie month (6) NO LEAVE for first year, 14 days need to work to credit 1 PL which will credit next year (7) No work life balance (8) No employee engagement activity (9) Feeling like going to hell (10) No sufficient manpower, but expectations is to give 100% (11) Zero safety, no focus on quality of product, no 5S, no motivation for anything (12) Every month minimum 3-5 resignation from different departments (13) Job security is on your risk they don't understand anything very poor process and even after that they expect 100% (14) Zero professional behaviour (15) Don't join unless you are jobless (16) It's trap they give good money but you can't spend it (17) Don't attract with watching only reception area inside plant it's horrible (18) Working with typical old methodology (19) Expected to work with your hand each and every work doesn't matter what position you are joining (20) Worst experience - non AC bus facility bus never start @5:45 PM always start at 6:00 PM doesn't care about when employees will reach @ Ahmedabad or home (21) Zero feedback mechanism (22) It's Sunday working plant so you need to attend calls on Sunday as well, manager expected to work and give response 24*7 (23) No value for talented, hardworking and smart employees Think before 1000 times before joining Sanand plant, please be aware of all above honest feedback....Read More

Uflex Chemicals Business is a Third Grade Organisation. Their attrition rate is 60 percent. They are cheats. They indulge in unsafe practices. They purchase chemicals in 4th hand packages. Gas leakages and Chemical Leakages at their plant are daily affair. They deduct your salary in first year if you take leave. They treat Management People and Workers like Trash. Transporters call purchase department people at night as they don’t have space to unload raw material trucks. Average waiting time for truck unloading is 6 days. If any officer highlights unsafe practices he is unceremoniously sacked. HR department is the most Inhuman Department. Central HR department bluffs they have annual pay hike. But pay hikes happen once in 2 years. If people resign they are promised promotion and pay hike. Quietly HR recruits other person. The person who trusted HR and stayed back is sacked. They don’t even give him his dues. If he asks dues he is insulted in most foul language. There are many instances when people are sacked on the security gate and not allowed to enter the chemicals business. Many chemicals are stored in open posing a huge fire hazard. How this chemical factory is being allowed to operate in densely populated area is a big question. If you care for your life don’t work in Uflex Chemicals Business. It is a Bhopal Gas Kaand waiting to happen with serious human casualties....Read More

Company has grown multifold since its inception in 1985. They are also entering into new ventures. Company has a vision and its promoters are very active. Company is ok to work with. Good work experience can be obtained here.

Dislikes

Saturdays are working which is painful. Personal works get affected. Company should promote hybrid working culture which is being practiced nowadays globally. Poor work-life balance and there are almost nil or very less extra-curricular activities like indoor/outdoor games, office meet-up evening parties, outdoor fun activities etc.They should happen once in a while, if not regularly.
