After complete of 58 years, job extension is very bad policy. Old managers are not supportive so everytime feel job security is zero.

...not fair for low salaried person because his work contribution is too much hard. Other than salary no benifits like medical insurance from company. No canteen no transport besides strict timing

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every 2020.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but Carter growth is slow. There is a bond 2year.

Very bad work experience. Illiterate teammates and bosses using offensive languages everytime. Small growth. unsafe and terrible work environment. Terrible work-life balance. No extra facilities provided to you.
