(1) Very poor management (2) If you stay after office hours no vehicle facility you need to stay upto 11:00 PM (3) Very poor management for employees who joined new (4) It's not MNC it's act as LALA company (5) No employee friendly - 30 minutes of relaxation for late punch in entrie month (6) NO LEAVE for first year, 14 days need to work to credit 1 PL which will credit next year (7) No work life balance (8) No employee engagement activity (9) Feeling like going to hell (10) No sufficient manpower, but expectations is to give 100% (11) Zero safety, no focus on quality of product, no 5S, no motivation for anything (12) Every month minimum 3-5 resignation from different departments (13) Job security is on your risk they don't understand anything very poor process and even after that they expect 100% (14) Zero professional behaviour (15) Don't join unless you are jobless (16) It's trap they give good money but you can't spend it (17) Don't attract with watching only reception area inside plant it's horrible (18) Working with typical old methodology (19) Expected to work with your hand each and every work doesn't matter what position you are joining (20) Worst experience - non AC bus facility bus never start @5:45 PM always start at 6:00 PM doesn't care about when employees will reach @ Ahmedabad or home (21) Zero feedback mechanism (22) It's Sunday working plant so you need to attend calls on Sunday as well, manager expected to work and give response 24*7 (23) No value for talented, hardworking and smart employees Think before 1000 times before joining Sanand plant, please be aware of all above honest feedback....Read More

I was very excited at the beginning but it somehow faded quickly. If I were to list down its pros: Multitude of machines and instruments Working with pricy industrial equipments Being responsible on the field for machine running. Job security.

Dislikes

Very bad work-life balance. Literally no time to indulge in activities other than work Canteen is too bad No one to save your back in critical times Asking for leave is considered like a sin🥲
