If you are bold enough to take a stand then this place is not for you, you need to be YES man here. No work life balance, they want you to stay in office even after your work hour to interact with other analyst who do not have life after office hours. Fo sake they have a value system which is like Indian politics, they create but dowhat they want. No job security despite having a three year bond, or even you perform well if they make a mind to remove you, they will do the worst they can. (This is live seen example) Interns, take your time before you get in roots. Keep the offer letter with you and look for better company. If you cannot find you can join the company keeping in mind that you will change the company before the intern period is going to get over. Because what they do is, they hire an intern and make money with them making projects and when the intern period is about to over they fire, sometime without giving reasons. (This way they escape from giving salary hike to others and replace them with a new inter at low cost). They chant the word "family" but are backstabbers. If you fulfill the criteria of resigning and wish to leave happily then they will worsen your left nuber of days by ill behaving....Read More
