Canteen with cockroaches, No central AC after CMD left, Salary not on time, mostly delayed, Variable not paid, No proper management, No job security as most of the clients turned back, no new projects

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
