The projects running in it are very good they work on GIS so in the sense of knowledge gaining it is very good place. And the TL and project Manager level to developer level employees were very good friendly, helpful and cooperative.

Dislikes
I do not like their mentality the senior HR. Mr. Vinay Sawarkar and CTO Laxmidhar Gaopandey are having very poor mentality they behave like mill mazdoor culture they do not fit for an IT company. CTO says a manager should have such a face so that juniour employee live in fear. I think this working culture does not suit for an IT company. They are in money crisis also they are not able to provide 4-5 months salary. And not able to do FNF of former employees. Freshers are having 2 years bond and Rolta is not paying salary to them from last 3 months, sometimes last 2 months; despite of these trouble Rolta is not agree to beak the bond and leave the employee so that they can join some other company....Read More
