I think the best part about the job is the freedom, which very few people enjoy in other firms. The company allows for you to take the lead on any initiative and also closely works with you in achieving the desired goals.

Quite frankly not a lot to dislike or complain about. If there is something not to like, you have all the liberty from the company's end to get involved and resolve it.

The company is always open to new suggestions from every person. A great Work culture is what they believe in.Everyday new people are joining for some or other role. The company is really growing very fast.Working environment is really nice.Colleagues are very helpful and always cheerful.

Salary difference, and No appreciation of work they just motivate you but when in comes to reward nothing is there. Also the incentive are give only once a year and there is no structure for incentive , they dont invest on employees ,never.

I am not someone giving reviews but this company is pathetic. They lack all professionalism. Their HR think they can rule the world by ruling companies. All policies change at any point of time. Managers are like Hitlers. Micro management is at its peak. Just like it is beware of dogs please be beware of RNF. I don't think you need more than this to not join this company.
