I served in that August institution in various cadres. for more than 3 decades. Timse changed but the culture in the offic e remained undeterred. Working at Reserve Bank of India is a huge responsibility, no matter what your position. The Bank offers excellent pay and perks, work life balance and opportunities to grow. It pays for your certifications and encourages you to take part in trainings and upskill continuously. The promotion policies are designed in a manner to ensure fast growth in the hierarchical ladder. The work culture is pretty decent and office timings are strict( the only con) .
