My over all work experience in RBI dispensary is excellent 👌

RBI conduct an interview of all contract pharmacist for 8 month contract my interview was good but I was not selected in list of 25 pharmacist even I have never had any complaintl my document is ok ,I don't understand the reason why I'm not selected in list of 25 pharmacist. I have been working here for two years 😔

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I served in that August institution in various cadres. for more than 3 decades. Timse changed but the culture in the offic e remained undeterred. The Bank has slowly modernised since last 10 years and now stand top in its managerial abilities of the economy. Quality gets its RIGHT in this autonomous Statutory institution. It is one of the top graded Central Banks in the WORLD.

Working at Reserve Bank of India is a huge responsibility, no matter what your position. The Bank offers excellent pay and perks, work life balance and opportunities to grow. It pays for your certifications and encourages you to take part in trainings and upskill continuously. The promotion policies are designed in a manner to ensure fast growth in the hierarchical ladder. The work culture is pretty decent and office timings are strict( the only con) . WFH is not available as it is a government organization but they are working on that too....Read More
