Working at Reserve Bank of India is a huge responsibility, no matter what your position. The Bank offers excellent pay and perks, work life balance and opportunities to grow. It pays for your certifications and encourages you to take part in trainings and upskill continuously. The promotion policies are designed in a manner to ensure fast growth in the hierarchical ladder. The work culture is pretty decent and office timings are strict( the only con) . WFH is not available as it is a government organization but they are working on that too....Read More
