The whole management members are non technical. They don't understand any problem of developers, they just want timeline. They hire people in the range of 8K to 10K per month salary bracket with bond of 1.5 years to 2 years. They don't provide any laptop or desktop for work, your have to work with your own system. By any chance if your system crashes or some hardware damage, they will not provide you the repair cost. Corporate politics is very common here due to some bad senior developers and the non technical managers. If you don't do any buttering to the senior developers then they forward negative feedback to the non technical managers and after sometime they will tell that you have performance issue and they force you to give your resignation....Read More
