I have a feeling of working in a parliament.transport scrapped off,subsidized lunch scrapped off.Incompetent resources identified as TL.Once UK conquered us and politicized here silently such things are done.I shall provide a case where you can identify how incompetent is that team leader is shift timing is 12:30-21:30.one is not allowed to logout 21:00 who could take his dinner brk directly and leave.but instead they can avail that break sometimes before 20:00 hrs and then work till 21:30..our system of education (copied from UK) is the root cause. So basically most of the things career,work life,learning, politics all put together. we are all jus a disposable tissue paper.Any corporate for that matter....Read More
