It's a dynamic work environment, hence for employees - like me- who prefer the fast work pace and constantly evolving environments, it's a great place. Policies are perpetually being updated as per the current scenarios and to suit the org goals.

Dislikes

People assets need focus. The training and development need to be sewed in with the business goals for benefit of employees and the org. Politics need a bit of a lid. The decision for respective departments need to be managed by respective HODs or be a collective Management call for larger enterprise level changes.

The role entailed strategizing & implementing initiatives for retention, learning, employee engagement, development &staff disciplinary. After a year it gained focus towards L&OD primarily for product training & policies of the org and set up of CS dept.

Over all experience is Not good, They dont provide good salary, NO Work Life banalce, You just have to work as per your team mates. They don't support New joinees. A lot of Internal Politics. No Career growth.
