Its a good platform for the freshers/(2 years) to learn the technologies

Individual growth is not guaranteed. It has an in-house product to develop client side application which is a blocker for the people to explore technologies. Long timers sucks the work environment; most of them not growing and don't let others to grow just because of insecurities. They are surviving by doing cheap politics. Their HCM and payroll implementation team is worst specially India team which is being headed by a female whose eccentricity knows no bound .Another one is her subordinate whose is dreaming to become a head of India implementation team by replacing her. No support , immense politics, extra workload, no proper software expectation towork on weekends and streched processes make this place a living hell....Read More
