Its a good platform for the freshers/(2 years) to learn the technologies

Dislikes

Individual growth is not guaranteed. It has an in-house product to develop client side application which is a blocker for the people to explore technologies. Long timers sucks the work environment; most of them not growing and don't let others to grow just because of insecurities. They are surviving by doing cheap politics.
