There are very old people working in system, so barely any use of technology all you need is take print out of everything and work. If you don’t have good knowledge of softwares and are not comfortable with technical things this place is for you.

Dislikes

Same people are part of management team from last 10-12 years. Organization has very flat structure with no hierarchy with almost no growth. There is no performance based appraisal, yearly appraisal is given on basis of managers feeling about that employee and no discussions happens for appraisal.
