When i was working with Radical Minds the incident happened with me that was they gave me 11 pm to 8 am, ( night shift ) and i came at the office. My shift was ending 8 am and i was taking my stuffs and when I reached near by the locker i saw that my helmet was not there and i kept myhelmet on the lockers where i was daily keeping my helmet. I asked to security guard and he said that it's not our responsibility and then I said that someone stolen my helmet from inside the company it's was not out side the company (the place where i kept my helmet).Then i talked to my TL he said that we will do something. My shift was over at 8 am and i didnt get any solution till 9 am. Then the TL said that you can go in admin room and check the cctv footage. I went in the admin room there was a person he didnt remember the password of the server or cctv and I didnt get cctve footage. Now the time was 9:30 am then i thought that i need call to floor manager (Dilpreet Singh), i called him and I told the issue which i was facing at that time. He replied that so what we can do? then i said that sir i need to go at my home and it's 25 km away from here then he replied that you can manage from your side. He was showing that it's my mistake to carry helmet and keep on the locker of inside the company, ( i was keeping my helmet at the same place from that day my job started and everybody was keeping their helmets on the lockers too). He wasted my 25 mins and i didnt get any solution. Then i did same with someone which happened with me because of i didnt have any option at that time and i was feeling to much tired (because i did my night shift) then i took somebody's helmet and reached at my home 11 am, but after some days I took the helmet and kept at the same place from where i took. There is nothing which can be liked in Radicalminds.

From washroom to other facility, they lack at every point. Neither management nor facility everything is worse here. If talk about salary they just get find the reason to deduct your salary without any cause. Their policy is totally different than other BPO industry. Also daily based shift is10 hours, which is illegal as per Indian constitution</mark>. (Do not expect over time). In short worst company I have ever worked for, also if you get the job there they would straight away take your signature on the form which includes not to mention anything negative on social media or anywhere else LOL....Read More
