I am not satisfied here in this company, If you really want to gain an experience in BPO sector then go to into best others BPO'S company which is available in Gurugram only, personally I'll not recommend anyone to work here, very worst work culture, always salary issues and so many things. Bad entrance, even guards check bags of every executive when entering and at exit time also. Worst hiring process, they do not have a professional behaviour, HR and ER are not cooperative. Let's come to the training part, even if you get good marks in the assessment in the training after that it totally depends on the client if he will take you to the floor or not . This is not the ending, the client will take the last round of interview and after the training part he can also say that you are not fit for the process as you do not have good communication skills. He do not check this thing in the interview part, he check this in after training by taking a 2 minutes meeting with candidates individually. And he can say good by to the employees after training even if the candidate is have good marks in training as I was asked to leave the training room in middle of the training. Now come to the salary part. HR head and even ER head Mrs Manjri Madam do not have complete knowledge about the company. I was asked to leave the company on July 3, 2024 and ER Vimal, HR head Munish Walia said that you will get the salary on 5th July. I didn't get it. Then thay asked to wait for 10 th July. Then they asked to wait till 15 th July. And when i went to ER Manjri then she said that ohh we forgot to take the approval from client end to release the salary we are completing it experience on priority. This is their priority. After that she said that I will confirm you on 16th July when you will receive the salary. When I called ER Manjri on 17th she said I forgot to inform you , THAT IS HOW THEY TAKE OWNERSHIP OF EMPLOYEE'S CONCERN. SORRY EX-EMPLOYEE'S . And the day after 17 July she said that you will get the salary after 45 days. Previous she said that we will release your salary exceptionally as ATL was done and this was not a resignation and now she said to wait for 45 days. This is the work culture of THE WORSE RADICAL MINDS. WHERE MANAGEMENT DO NOT HAVE ANY MIND AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THIS IS HOW THEY HARRASH EMPLOYEES MENTALLY. Ego centric supervisor. I was doing job there and getting quality issue so send email to TL that this is reason so not coming. TL called in office said that take quality session then do your job continue. I said ok and went for quality session to mayank kashyap who is deputy manager of training. I was telling my issue to him, he interrupt me and said that he had data. He used unprofessional word like badmouth abusive and BMC and interrupt him and said that I will not continue then he said with ego then go. I decided to get out from jobs then on the spot left the job. I said myself that I do job where supervisor are professionally. There is no professionalism. My salary hold this company for last 22 days and am asking so that's answered me you are not filled fnf form that's why your salary hold. And I was working this organisation I was moved another process. Because process is rampdown. I was working full month of November but I received salary only 8 days.

the redical minds company the management system is my bad I complicated mu notice period and submit my FNF but it is 3 month complite I did not received my FNF amount yet i am going to the office again and again and they told me please wait for 8 to 10 days we will i initiate your FNF amount but no received yet and I am sending massage on WhatsApp to the hr but thay no response

Till now I am not getting my salary I also serve my notice period. after discussion with TL manager and hr they do fake promise with me still now they didn't responding me I tried to call hr and manger also they didn't responding I also texted in what's app only they didn't responding so I put mail in higher management after that they scold me and told that you will get your full and final settlement but there is no responding from higher management team such a worst company so pls guys don't go to this company simply wasted my time and other opportunities also 😑...Read More
