There is no work life balance. The culture is immensely bureaucratic, you would need 3-4 approvals for least Important things. People are not acknowledge because of their work but their relationship with leaders. Leadership is biased and ignorant.

No work life balance. I used to work for more than 15 hours a day. They have taken more than they can chew and now making people over worked. It has impacted my mental well-being.

They have meals and cabs to help the employees out other than that there's no sound reason to join them.

Dislikes

Uneven distribution of workload. They would change the team and work of an analyst even if they will be performing best in their job role. Supervisors and managers monopoly work only on suppressing the freedom of Analysts not on helping them out. Quality parameters are really strict and updates keep on changing every week. Had you memorised such a huge stuff in accounting you wouldve landed on a God paying job in one of the Big 4. If you have good com skills and wish to see more transparency in operations it's better to apply for brands like Amex, don't waste your time in an Rcm profile. Only people from outside of delhi who aren't a good english users and those who doesn't care about the job much would work in such a profile.
