No job security at all,i have seen few folks to get lay off just because their project finished. I was a luck one who spent around 4.5 years without any roller coaster ride. And worst part is seniors like Delivery Heads considering himself as ME HE BHAGWAN HU as they are in system since long and can do anything like hire n fire. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
