No job security at all,i have seen few folks to get lay off just because their project finished. I was a luck one who spent around 4.5 years without any roller coaster ride. And worst part is seniors like Delivery Heads considering himself as ME HE BHAGWAN HU as they are in system since long and can do anything like hire n fire. Something they shout and abuse in their cabin and if u dare to complaint it HR then there must be action on the request (plz dnt except any action on Delivery Head,action on the person who raised complaint) No process , no policy. Team given to people who don't even to know, how to manage team and volume.
