Very toxic culture. Feels like living in China. No proper leave policy. No employee friendly policy. If you work hard you will be recognised but will get a Rs 500 or Rs1000 amazon voucher for hard work. Limited number of holidays, only 6 for 2024.

Dislikes

Too much hire and fire. You cannot plan for your future things even for 2-3 months. They might call you and ask you to leave the company. Even for small bills, for the resources you will require eg. Headset, mouse, they won't pass your bills. I feel very demotivated working here.

Although I have no experience I find the company to be slow in progress. I find employees to have worked for 10-20 years in this company. On one side it clearly explains that the company has good work culture but on the other side it also expains that the company appreciates steady progress not quick quick progress.

They have not project to assign. If you are on Bench then every second you will feel that today is your last date and suddenly will get a call from Dhanesh or Tarun(HR) that search for new job. You have maximum 1 week time. After that they will give you 2 months basic salary and one month full salary after FNF.
