Compensation is low for the level of experience. No job security for the permanent position also. There is no training to the individual and start billing from first day.

Not much to like.
Environment wasn't very good. It was like a school. I remember meeting a person in leadership position and in the first interaction, he told me you either work or you will be thrown out of the company. Leadership had a very conservative thinking, they had no risk taking ability. There was no clear career growth plan set out. I was hired through campus placement, and the position they advertised, during interview process (Delivery Manager Trainee), wasn't even there in the company. This office is ruled by certain type of people &these people were trying to destroy the other employees career by their rules & regulations ,there is one girl she is working as the same time period as us but she had some connections in this office due to this she don’t need to come to office even though it’s hybrid mode actually this person is a snake can’t tell her name her working location is Gurgaon whenever the manager told her to go quest office for some reason she used me to go there (we both work in on-site office so it’s almost 20 km to quest office)for that she used me to go there this is the thing happening in there almost 1 year plus her torturing .The main thing is I have been transferred from Trivandrum location to Gurgaon location so in that time I didn’t even get any office accommodation (at the time of transfer they had offered accommodation)or any salary benefits from them ,we are transferred to a completely new place ,as a women I don’t have any safety plus the managers didn’t ask for any help I didn’t got any pg to stay for the whole day I feel nervous and used to call the Malayali community for the stay for a particular period , after all they didn’t even increase my salary ,the same basic salary I had been work there, the expense in this city is very high even though I got promoted to on-site also didn’t even get any pinch of money hike in that time it’s very hard to survive there as a women without enough money and safety .company don’t want to know about there employee safety or salary details they need someone to do there task .so please don’t come to this office there is no job security and the same time if you work hard it is not going to reflect on your promotion there are some office politics going on the people who are belongs to it would get the salary hike and promotions so don’t go for this worst company it’s a request...Read More

May be some other ODC is good in quest but about Abb odc nothing is likeable
Guy's Don't go for ABB odc in quest global, they hired wrong people for management I mean program manager and lead engineer and even though senior engineer also.... Actually in March they opened new ODC (ABB) for dcs. But they put program manager who's from mechanical design background who has zero knowledge of DCS. He is almost mess ...and zero listening skill. 2. They also hired wrong Lead engineer @Jeevarathnam palakur for HMI who was jobless before and than they hired him and he don't knw how to lead any project. But the only thing he know how to do some back biching and bad poltics and how to buttering program manager. 3. They hired senior engineer @mouli sai Krishna he is master in how you can represent your self with full of work without doing anything always making baseless Ppt 😂 he has done zero work package project in this team ..prior he has experience in different different work domain but not in DCS and they make him senior engineer 😂. Both lead engineer and senior engineer from Andhra and doing full of negative poltics and backbite and buttering to program manager. To save their job . 5. And these are the collective points to not getting any project from coustomer (abb) 5. The salary is also less for team members (engineers). And now as per report they also putted some engineers on bench. ..And they also picked those who was less in talk and more in work basically who don't want to do poltics and back biching and buttering them. 6. The ABB odc is full with negativity just bcz of program manager, Lead engineer, and senior engineer. Even program will pressurize you for getting project also which is not your work 😂...Read More

Only good thing is onsite opportunity at Sweden in 2021. Now due to unavailability of assignments and with no vision to expand in Sweden , then remaining headcount is 7 billing employee and 1 HR and 1 manager(with no use)
No support for employee situation Relocation policy are changed timetotime condering company benefits. I got 27K INR, when I moved from Pune(India) to Sweden which is rubbish Quest only says it is a service based company but they are not capable or willing to keep buffer employee. They asked each employee to leave the position in Sweden or come back to India on last day of working assignment. HR is soo childish that, they expected employee should catch the flight back to India on same day when it is last day at client location. They don't care or don't want to consider they there are also exit formalities at client side as well which needs to be completed on last day only. Quest does not have collective agreement with Swedish government which is mandatory for any company registered in Sweden...Read More
