Don't ever join this company. The work environment is extremely toxic. People are neither respected nor treated like human beings. The core purpose of the company is to earn money and to fire people without thinking twice about their abilities. There is no support system. Neither there is any scope to learn.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
