I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Salary credited on time and there is no any extra deduction in salary as well the staff members are very Supportive.

As per the current situation in IT industry,they don't have strong plan for their employees to switch in other project. so the work balance life is not good. they should have alternate option for employees to switch their project, 2 people get chance to switch another project in out of 10 peoples.

They have flexible timings to work plus for some clients they give permanent work folrom home options. Politics atmosphere is almost zero specially with the team I am working.

Dislikes

The salary hike is not so good for the employees with less salary. Also, the promotion policy is not good.
