Although work gets a bit challenging at times, but its normal wherever you work, and there's a good work-life balance. The team is sound technically & always eager to help fellow members. The work culture & positivity is among the best I've experienced. A group of mostly young & driven people. I'm in the RPA CoE team & get to learn all aspects... not just technical RPA, but handling issues, dealing with the client directly (which helps improve communication skills also). So there's overall skill development.

Dislikes

There's nothing that you can really call a disadvantage working here.

Quale infotech is very small scale company where 50-60 people works and they deploy their resource to client location once employee get release from the client project same day Quale terminates the employee, there is no job security. Quale Management changes their policies without letting know their employee even they increase or decrease notice period when they want.
