Quale is an amazing place to work for. A huge positive is the wonderful work environment and open minded people. I'm mainly working on banking & finance RPA projects for global clients, so the exposure is great & I get to learn various processes for automation.

Currently working as an RPA developer since over 1 year. Quale is the apt company to enhance your skills and domain knowledge on AI & automation. I've been working for about 6 months now. Firstly, the onboarding process went very smoothly. Have been loving the work & collaboration with other team members & my manager. The learning & growth opportunity is quite good as they have different software products now in RPA & AI tech. The team is also really helpful.

Dislikes

I've heard from colleagues that social & fun activities were very frequent before pandemic. Hoping the office starts at least in hybrid mode so we get to meet in person & engage in activities.

Quale is an amazing company to work at. I'm fairly new here & love the work culture among everyone. Most of the work is currently happening virtually, and slowly shifting to hybrid. The team is quite young & dynamic. Everyone is eager to take on challenges, The seniors are very encouraging.
